Grip of Death

I'm coming to the realization that my personal problem when it comes to mild ED is mostly caused by the grip of death (GD). Everything works just fine until I get into the action, at which time it just dies on me because I'm desensitized to how a woman feels. So I have 2 questions to everyone out there:

1. Has NoFapping cured anyone of GD, and

2. Is using the Fleshlight, like some websites advocate, a worthwhile strategy!
