My girlfriend wants to take me out to a brewery somewhere in Southern California before I leave LA to move to the mid-west. I've never been to any breweries before. Which would you suggest we go to?

Stone? Green Flash? Firestone Walker?

I really don't know which one would be best to go to. I haven't really gone to any before, let alone know which Southern California one is a must-visit.
