[M24] Need help with my new girlfriend

So I've been with my new girlfriend for about 2 months now and we have grown pretty close. We've fooled around a lot and have only gone as far as oral sex. Tonight I went down on her and after some teasing she freaked on me and left. I'm not sure what to do, she said it was her and not me. She also told me that she was bi polar a few weeks ago. I'm kinda freaked out that I pushed her or something and I need some advice.
