Ok Reddit, I'm considering a humanitarian act. Good idea or no?
I was chatting with a homeless guy about my age (22) today, let's call him Johnny. He was a nice enough guy, playing guitar in the subway for his next lunch money. I couldn't stand to think that he has no home, no phone, no email address, and not many clothes. I can't do anything about the home.. But i do have an extra old metropcs android phone that i don't need. So tomorrow, I'm giving Johnny my old phone, and I'm going to pay for a few months of its service for him. Then I'm going to sign him up for gmail, set it up for him, sign him up for Facebook, get some videos of him playing in the subway and post them. Then I'm going to give him the bag of clothes i was going to donate to goodwill.
Good idea y/n?
