My tale of woe

So the new 1.7.2 update has been causing lots of log-in problems. I finally found a server that didn't freeze at creating character.

I scoured some medium-yield buildings, was able to get a revolver and lots of ammo for it. Moved on to another town, and bless my lucky stars, I found an MP5SD6 with 3 clips. I was floating on cloud 9.

Then as I'm continuing on I find a sheep. Awesome, I have a hunting knife, matches, and firewood, this is perfect! I get 5 steaks off of him and make my way into the woods where I don't think anyone will see my fire. On the way I scope out a hunter's stand. As I'm climbing the stand I get a message 20 seconds since message received. It then counts up to 80 after which point I'm disconnected.

I hurry to log back in only to find the last 2 hours of my work, gone. respawned where I started my session with all of my items gone. Damn you glitchy DayZ update!!!!!
