Sexually abused fiiancee, need advice.

my fiancee was sexually abused by her stepfather from a young age up until the early teen years. the police were never involved because she was concerned about her mothers mental health, which is not the best. she has never told me the specifics of it, but i do know it didnt involve actual penetration. she never takes any kind of control in the bedroom. she HATES oral sex, both giving and receiving. she never initiates any sexual contact. How can i help her to move past this and open up to me? How do i try to resolve these issues in the bedroom? And yes, I have talked to her about this.
