Need a really quick Japanese translator: trying to glue a puzzle but having trouble reading instructions

Just wondering if these instructions say anything about what piece of cardboard to glue the puzzle to. One side of one of the pieces of cardboard is like plastic and I'm wondering if that's the side that's supposed to be glued to the puzzle.
