Second Monitor goes black for a second then goes back to normal.

Recently built a new pc and I have a dual monitor setup using two Asus VS229 with both hooked up to the DVI ports on a Asus Gtx 670 and I am running Win 7. This happens when I'm installing a program, play league of legends(haven't played other games to see if its league only) and when I'm watch streams. When it goes black, the monitor does NOT say the signal is lost. This only happens on my my second monitor, the primary one has shown no issues yet. Any help figuring this out?
