Spawn Camping Question

Nobody likes getting spawn camped, especially when most of the servers are running at like 500% tickets. Those situations are the only time that I ever rage quit because no one likes getting killed over and over again for hundreds of tickets.

So I was thinking, would it be possible to switch the spawn locations when one team is spawn camped? Let's say that one team is spawn camped and have not been able to recap any flags for a hundred tickets. The server then switches the spawn locations so that the spawn camped team can spawn at the other base, allowing them to run to the closet flag and try to cap it. At the very least this would give the team a chance to get out of the base and play the game it was meant to be played.

Yes, I realize this would cause problems as there are "US" and "RU" dedicated bases, but I am just brainstorming on solutions to spawn camp rage. If this isn't possible, or is just a dumb idea, I'll delete the post.
