Is this married man into me?

He is 38 and I am 23. We joke around all the time, like make fun of each other. He's always interjecting conversations I'm having with other people. I catch him looking at me when he's talking to other people. We became friends on Facebook and he messaged me first. Then last Friday a group of us from work were hanging out at a bar when he was saying goodbye he was shaking everyone's hand, when he came to me he stared me down jokingly and held my hand a while longer than others. I know it's bad, please don't pass your judgement just give me feedback.
