I may have gone a little over board...

While I was in Solitude I decided it would be fun to start randomly attacking people. I ended up killing every guard in the city, and now have a bounty of 21,000 coins. I'm sure others have decided to go Rambo on some guards, and was wondering if there was a max bounty that could be reached!
