A question about buying Tales games

1. The Phantasia port on the GBA is in English, right? Some of the screenshots show Japanese text.
2. I have a Wii, GBA, DS (original one), and an XBox360. The Tales games that I've owned are Symphonia (1 and 2) and Vesperia. Am I missing any others for the systems I own?
3. I see that Abyss is on the 3DS... 3DS games are not playable on the original DS, correct?

Thank you!
