Are you more cautious about practicing safe sex with OKC hookups?

Just wondering here, since it seems like so many people are claiming "oh I always use a condom even for oral always even if I'm in a long-term monogamous relationship" whenever the topic of STIs comes up.

For those who are willing to admit not being a perfect latex-wrapped saint, though - are you more cautious with OKC people, or randoms from the bar, or what?
