I'm I too young for this?

I'm 15, male. I've been in 2 long distance relationships with 2 amazing people that started out with us liking each other then me moving away. I never got to take them out on dates and never got to kiss them, but we still really liked each other. I guess i'm still very young, but am i still too young to have some one i see on a regular bases like me (yeah this sounds really desperate but i'm tired of seeing couples everywhere).
