WTW for the way someone speaks?
I'm not necessarily talking "dialect," but moreso the beat/rhythm that someone talks -- if they take pauses or draw out certain words.
The sentence I'm trying to form is something along the lines of, "The way Billy talks reminds me of Ben. They have the same _____." I'm not trying to make a link between regional accents or anything, just their pattern(?) of speech.
Edit: I do mean beat/pattern, but the word also incorporates the idiosyncrasies that are found in both people's manner of speaking.
An example would be a non-native English speaker. Sometimes they add "the" to places where it shouldn't be there. "He looks like, uh, how do you say..., the hockey player." If both Billy and Ben spoke like that and they both had the same cadence (thank you Footix for this word), is there an all-encompassing word that incorporates this concept?
