My Wife doesn't believe that she is star dust. What do I do?

We were watching How the Universe Works on Science channel about supernovas. I brought up how its beautiful and fascinating that so many stars died for us and gave our planet what it needs to sustain life. She doesn't think its true. What can I do to convince her that we are all made up of star dust?
