How do I move up the contents of the "new," "controversial," and "top" tabs while preserving the position of the contents in the "hot" tab?

I don't know if this matters, but I have a sticky in the subreddit. While preserving the position of the contents in the "hot" tab, how do I move up the position of the contents in all other tabs?
Thanks again!
