Please help my brother get his beloved "sheldon black" back!

Ok so I get a call and text saying "come to nicks roast beef its an emergency" and "come now its an emergency". So naturally I think my little brother (17, about to enter college) was arrested. Hardly the case, but he got hassled by some cops and I had to go pick up the car he was driving. Little back story, he broke up with his girlfriend less than a week ago, who previously about a month ago, broke his "Zob". So she felt bad and helped buy him a better pipe, as did I. We both pitched in around 125$. He gets his sheldon black and his a [10]. However, after tonight he has lost his sheldon black and believes, as do I, the police unlawfully searched our car and took the sheldon black. My little brother is devastated. He was looking forward to bringing that to college and fell in love with his first longterm (wishful thinking) piece. I'm not a huge redditor but I love r/trees and was wondering if someone out there could help him out? Any help is appreciated. Thanks for reading.
