How do you get someone fired?

First off, let me clarify that this woman needs to be fired. I work at a summer camp with young children and our head counselor is a total flop. This woman yells at the children, swears around them, and even goes as far as to hit on some of their dads. This woman is beyond inappropriate and has no business being around kids. Me and the other junior counselors have discussed her poor actions with our supervisor but she claims nothing can be done until she witnesses some of the accusations herself (which I'm not buying because she's a bit of a doormat). Anyways, how can I get this poor excuse for a head counselor out of her position? Some of the kids are terrified to come to our camp and it just isn't right. Any tips?
