[Troubleshooting] My i5 is reaching 200f in-game. Help!?

This computer was built about a 6 months ago, and you guys helped me out doing that. Everything was all good until about today. Today I decided to go under the hood and clean out all the dust and stuff. I put it all back and everything is good, even while im just browsing the internet or something.

Now the weird thing, I am getting 200f when I go into a game. Im not lagging or anything. Im getting solid 60 fps ingame all high settings, and my gpu temp is fine, but I my cpu is at 200f.

I even tried different monitoring programs but I get the same temps. Plus I reinstalled the cpu cooler. Also something I should add. Right when I quit the game my temps on the cpu go from 90c down to 45c in about 30 seconds.

Now I dont know happened. I mean when I am in game I still play at 60 fps all good no lag, but I am not going to play another game for now knowing my i5 cpu is at 200f. So r/buildapc please help me. You guys helped me pick out all the parts for this computer and now I am asking for another favor.
