Does anyone else find they just dont have the time to stay up to date with multiple sites these days?

Between Youtube, podcasts, reddit, the daily what, Ars Technica and a multitude of other sites I feel as though I'm missing so much each day. But without breaking the space-time continuum I feel as though there is no way to read ALL THE THINGS. What solution if any do you folks have?
