Crazy crack lady threatens to kill me

So I was walking with a friend down Westheimer today, in the Westchase section between Wilcrest & the Beltway, and we were just joking and laughing and strolling along. Up in the distance we see this woman (black, looked to be in her 60's) hunched over picking up her belongings from the sidewalk. We don't think anything of it and continue to joke and laugh and stroll.

When we reach her, she bolts upright and shoots us the scariest fucking look ever. Imagine a female Samuel L Jackson about to murder someone in a cocaine-fueled rampage. She then starts to curse us out, shouts at us to get away, threatens to beat us up, punch us, slit our throats, kill us, etc. She then grabs my friend by the neck, yelling, "GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME, YOU JAPANESE WHORES." (nerdy Asian girls dressed in jeans+tshirts+sneakers = prostitutes!). She continues to yell probably every possible combination of obscenities and threatens to kill us in at least 15 different ways as we edge away from her in a dance of terror, anger, and bewilderment. We try to reason with her but our cries of confusion are drowned out by more death threats. About a 100ft away we can still hear her screaming at us.

Note that we've never seen this woman before passing her on the sidewalk, nor interacted with her in any way before she goes apeshit. This all happened at 8 in the morning to an audience of suburban traffic. It is way too humid to be dealing with crackheads right now.

tldr: walk down street, receive death threats from crazy crackhead
