[Build Help] Budget PC for Server/Development/light gaming

I have created a budget build and am looking for anyone to help guide me to any parts that may perform better slightly better. I am looking to keep the budget right where its $270 mark. I have the rest of the essentials (HDD, Monitor,Mouse,Keyboard). Does this look like a decent build or can something be changed?
