Anyone here from Ellenbrook or surrounding suburbs? Would like to know if "The Brook" is any good for dinner?

Only new to the area and would like to go out to dinner without having to travel the never ending "lord Street" seems like there's not much here, I have 2 young boys, any suggestions on things to do?
