Interesting Seed with initial spawn in a fairly large village. (X/post from /r/minecraft)

I'm new to minecraft, so this may be a common thing and I'm just not aware of it but I started a creative world for fun and the spawn point is right in the middle of a fairly large village. A tundra biome is also very near by.

Anyway, I have no idea how to manually use a seed but I know some of you do so here ya go if you want it.
