Hey r/music, can someone help find me a song with certain lyrics?

The lyrics I have are:

see them searching watch the waves come, that's how life is highs and hollows first the good times then bad times follow

And one extra lyric: Sailors know the lesson the waves attempt to tell.

If anyone can help it could be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
