Chris Brown or Frank Ocean?

I am not talking about body of work because this would be unfair to Frank Ocean because Chris Brown has been out for a while. Both of these guys recently released an album and they are similar of how they somewhat rap, but primarily sing. I just want to hear what you guys have to say because I personally prefer Frank because you will consistently know what he will release and I enjoy his music better. So what's your opinion, Frank or Chris?
