Is there some "accepted" matchups list?

After watching quite a bit of ssf4 at evo I kept hearing about matchups. People were surprised this player picks x because hes 4 and 6 with his opponent y.

I understand what they mean but where do I find this info? I found a chart on eventhubs but quite a few people say it's outdated and just done by tourney fanboys after poonku won with seth.

Any help?
