Older woman, running out of time, need advice on how to make a move

So here's my rather lame situation. I recently got out of a long term relationship with none to positive results. I'm trying to get back into the dating world, but like most 25 yr old males, i am rather socially awkward around women. My situation is thus. I work in film, and I'm on a low bug feature right now. It's a very small crew and we've been on set for 12+ hours a day together for the last month or so. I have a major set crush on our production designer who is maybe 30, and kind of the off beat artsy sort of hot. I have never tried to seduce an older woman and feel a bit out of my league. Weve talked quite a bit in the last few weeks, and I try to make subtle attempts to be in her vicinity like setting up my equipment near hers, or sitting at the same table at lunch that sort of thing. She's super into biking, and I recently have wanted to get into it myself and am looking for a bike. I've been able to make some decent conversation in that realm, and those go well and even branch off into non-biking related topics. We wrap e show in two days and have a wrap party in a week at a bar somewhere. I've been trying to thing about how to go about talking to her and getting her to see me in a flirty light, but I can't help but think she sees me as a younger guy, I.e. out of the story. I do look and act occasionally older than I am so I'm not certain she knows my age, or really even if that matters to her. So my question is this. How do I set myself up now to go in for the kill next week at the wrap party? I've got two more days on set with her and I am not the smoothest of operators. So what do I do? Does it sound like I'm out of my league and should just walk away? Help me fellow redditors.

(P.S., James, I am talking about "death by Jenkam")
