sometimes I can be my own worst enemy, and it can really turn out to be damaging for me sometimes... what's your worst situation where you've been your own worst enemy?

title explains it all really, I'm sorry, I can't think of my worst at the moment as I'm not really inclined to disclose some of my own stories (sorry)
