I'm a young professional, nerdy guy (I program and play Go/Chess for fun), who also likes to drink a bit on the weekends and I'm looking for a place to stay in the Bay area. I'd prefer to live in (N Oakland, Berkeley, Haight, Inner Richmond, Chinatown, Broadway) but really just prefer anywhere within a 25 minute commute to the financial district. My price range is about $900 a month and I pay all my bills on time as well as being a pretty good cleaner/washer/keeper.

I need to be moved by august 1st and will be working toward a single in that dept but if you message me, perhaps we could pool our resources and I wouldn't have to resort to an "efficiency" studio for a $1000 a month in the middle of the tenderloin. They call it "efficient", because it efficiently takes your money away from you for a piece of shit room at almost no cost to the owner. Anyways, I digress.
