[request]Help me fix my quilt.

Last year my dog destroyed my favorite quilt. It was the first quilt I ever made and it means a lot to me. For the last 10 years it has gone with me wherever life has taken me. I started working on it when I was a Junior in high school and I finished it just before I graduated.

Anyways, I am hoping that Reddit can help me get/find the materials I need to fix my quilt. My Mom, the Über Quilter, kept all the scraps from my quilt, but she has used them all up over the last decade. If you know of a way I could find the name of the fabric pattern I used, point me in the direction I need to go. Or, if you are so inclined, look in your stash for the fabric. I am in no way asking for a hand out here, just a helping hand.
