[TOMT] [Game] Breakout Clone

When I was younger my dad and I would play a game on the computer that was very similar to Breakout. I remember playing it some time in between the years 2000-2004 or so. The main features I remember are hitting some blocks (I believe it was the white blocks) and dollar bills would fall down from them. There were also standard breakout-clone power-ups like lengthening the paddle or multiplying the balls in play. I also think there might have been electric gates you had to turn off, but my memory is fuzzy on that detail and I may be wrong there. I've been trying to find this game for years and figured it would be worth a shot to try here, so thanks for any help in advance!
