Reddit, I can randomly predict the future & predict the outcome of a given scenario in detail. Is this a condition or a gift?

So to clarify the title: I randomly zone out, wherever it might be, and begin to perceive my environment differently (in the case that I am 'seeing' a scenario take place in my mind) and then snap back into reality. Moments, minutes, even hours later, what I had 'seen' actually plays out. Perfectly. I have gained better control over it for the past year or so, but I'm still curious: is this a condition or a gift? EDIT: Just had one: Since I did not end my post with 'Reddit, is this a condition or a gift?' and just 'Is this a condition or a gift?', I have a feeling that I will not receive as many upvotes as I should have. Also, the numbers 319 and 924.
