Hate my boss kind of want to consult.

Me and a fellow graduate of mine want to start a consulting business because we both hate our jobs/bosses and feel under utilized. We are just wondering how to go about getting clients. I can sell just about anything to anyone I just need to find the people to sell to. Does anyone have some ideas.
