Frequent nosebleeds (6 in under 24 hours) due to Isotretinoin prescription, I need some help combating my dry nose.
Hey guys, I've always had a dry nose do to allergies and nosebleeds are far from uncommon for me, but this is getting very frustrating. I've looked up a few things and would like comment/suggestions. I've tried putting Vaseline on a cotton swab stick thing (Q-Tip in layman's terms xD) and gently inserting it (not too far) in my nose, but this usually just causes my nose to bleed again. I have also read saline solution can help and I have some, but i'm not sure how to properly use it.
I'm just sick of this, anything would be appreciated.
EDIT: Been on Acutane (Isotretinoin) for about 3 or 4 months and I do take Cleratin when my allergies act up. I also bleed exclusively from my left nostril, never from my right.
