Would meeting my father fix me?

I'm Adopted. I also grew up knowing my Birth mother. I have very loving Parents. But I find i could be better. I could just be better, that's the best way to put it. My question; Would meeting my real Dad put to rest concerns I have about myself and allow me to get to where I feel I should be? Would it even help?
