Does anyone know if you can reverse the order that notifications appear in?

I would love to have my newest notifications appear at the bottom instead of the top. Having a new one appear just as I'm trying to hit the old one doesn't float my boat that much. Also for organization's sake it seems to make sense in my head. I don't think it should be default I was just wondering if any custom ROM's or anything had that feature implemented.
