As a woman, this symbolism is so badass...

so probably one of the biggest reasons i'm in love with this series is the plethora of amazing female characters. it's not so specific to a single character, but i'd have to my absolute favorite image of females in the entire story is the carving on the gate of bear island. i've searched around for a while, but nothing has turned up. does anyone know if this has been brought to life by an artist somewhere? i'm thinking my next tattoo...

also, in general i feel the mormonts do not get nearly enough love. to me they epitomize what northern folk are like.
