3 days in Seattle: things to do/see?

I am currently in Seattle until Thursday visiting a friend, but she works and is leaving me to my own devices during the day so I am looking for suggestions of things to do/see, foods to try, places to visit etc. I am here with my fiance and we enjoy outdoorsy type things, eating and music. Any suggestions for things that we must check out or things that are unique to Seattle?
