Any reason why I can't do this anymore?

I can't add any new casual Reddits since the update. It used to be free, now it apparently isn't. I'm not PRO. I deleted a casual Reddit to test if it was because I had too much or something but I don't. Is there a way to add them again, or do I have to type it out because that's not really fair.
