Just looking for a discussion. Is most of the hubbub that I see on r/Atheism because the people here feel that religions are infringing on the rights of people to believe whatever they choose? I guess, why attack a religions belief system to bolster your own? These are also questions that I have for r/Christianity, but I feel you guys are probably better equipped to answer.
My background in case anybody is interested. I'm a Christian. I'll tell you what I believe and why I believe what I believe, but I don't care if you choose to believe anything that I do. And I'll keep my mouth shut if you don't want to hear any of it too.
