What parts of The Hobbit do you think are going to be omitted from the movie?

I just re-read The Hobbit in preparation for the movie and as I was reading, I thought about how different Jackson's movies were from the book. Then I remembered how one time LOTR wikia claimed that each of the movies would have been about 8 hours long if they kept to the books. With two movies, each at around 3 hours along with the possibility of an extended edition for both, it could be possible to have a movie that stays very true to the books. So now the question remains, what will be left out?
