Allow submitters to assign their own link flair for one css class but not another?

It doesn't seem as though this is possible, but I would like for submitters to be able to assign one css class of link flair but only mods be able to assign/un-assign another.

Submitter assigned link flair is very useful to my sub, but I'd also like mods to be able to publicly shame reposts by changing their font to comic sans.. Any way to hide a flair class in .flairselectorfrom anyone but a mod?

Test sub with partial implementation for reference
