Help me understand this article: dissolving proteins into water

hey,
Only having two classes in chemistry in college over 4 years ago, I was hoping you guys could help me find what I'm missing. Basically this article (page two, under the paragraph "subjects") is talking about low and high dosages of casein and beta-lactoglobulin dissolved into 400mL of water.
Using my knowledge of google and simple molar formulas, it seems impossible for me to believe that they got 386.2mmol of beta-lactoglobulin (~6,700grams) into 400mL of water, as well as the casein case. Is there some typo here or am I grossly mis-interpretting something?
