One of my friends might've seen a naked pic my gf sent me. Why does it bother me so much and how do I stop it from bothering me?

I don't even know how to explain how I feel, it just feels bad. Am I overreacting? Has anybody ever gone through something similar to this? If so, what did you feel and how did you deal with those emotions?
