Synergy + Minecraft

Just hooked synced up my laptop and desktop with Synergy (a virtual KVM switch of sorts) and now minecraf is FREAKING out. Anybody have experience with this? the slightest mouse movement makes my view spin super fast and then jump up and down? Ideas? I like the kvm switch and i dont want to give up on it!
