Where are most witch doctors on inferno?

I am stuck on Zoltun Kulle (I don't think this is uncommon). Here are the stats for each of the 2 sets of gear I use.

Max DPS: Build

• 21-23k(passives) Damage
• 38k Health
• 1007 Life On Hit
• 380 Life Per Second
• 350 Resist All

Max Life Regen/Health: Build

• 15k-17k(passives) Damage
• 45K Health
• 1007 Life On Hit
• 1300 Life Per Second
• 450 Resist All

Basically: I found a good amulet, sold it for 6 mil, and bought a life on hit weapon, and a bunch of stam/regen gear. My armor is fairly low in both specs, but with the frightening aspect rune on horrify, I go between 60% and 67% damage resisted. I tank everything efficiently in both specs(though better in health/regen) and kite elites very easily.

Kulle's timer always gets me. I feel like zombie bears should do the job. I crit for up to 125k, yet I haven't gotten him to half health before one-shotting me. I think I just need a better DPS set with more intelligence-but I want to know what you think!
