Pyromancy Glove Ascended +5
Great Combustion (+400 damage each)
Combustion (around 220 damage each)

Lightning Battle Axe +4 (around 200 damage per one handed strike)

Crest Shield

With this build I was waiting around after each king. The only hard part was the last king as all my pyromancy spells were used up. But the fact that there were no other kings floating about made it pretty simple.
