Camera's stuck?

Hey, so I just got Source Filmmaker, and I've been really excited to finally try it out. However, this has gotten me stuck, and it's pretty disappointing.

I was following the Valve SFM tutorials, and I was on the 2nd one regarding recording, and when I finished recording the scout, it switched to my player's camera like it should. However, when I hit play, the audio plays but the video is stuck at the first frame. The only way to get it to work is to close SFM and open it again, but this is a pain.

Sorry if this was a terrible explanation, I'm insanely tired. This is really the only reason I'm still awake, haha.

Also, this is possibly just me being an idiot and doing something wrong, but I really don't know.
